A drama production called "1699 A Love Story" was the attention of the local Indian News paper, ie the Indian Link, the local indian Radio stations and TV Channel in Victoria. This play was conducted on 12th April 2004 in conjunction with the celebration of Vaisakhi. The play was performed by Sikh children between the ages of 3 to 15. "1699 A Love Story" depicted the love that Sikhs had for their tenth Guru, Guru Gobind Singh, which led to the creation of the Khalsa. Click here to see the photogallery.

One day Samelan (Youth Camp) held on 2nd Oct 2004 was the attention again of the local newspaper . There were participants as young as 3years old who attended the samelan. The Samelan educated our youths abouth the significance of 400th Anniversary of First Prakash of Pothi Sahib. The children also had a taste of our culture thru the cultural games and sing along sessions. Click here to see the photogallery.
